How to Unarchive POs Main Menu | Purchase Orders | POs – Unarchive
1. Click either the Date or PO # option button. 2. Enter the Min/Max values for the search. 3. Click Select POs to Unarchive button. 4. Matching transactions appear in the grid (right) 5. Click UNARCHIVE POs button and the selected POs will be removed from the ARCHIVE database and moved to the CURRENT database. Use this function to transfer older POs back to the CURRENT database where they may be used as templates for new POs using the Standing PO function.
