System Admin: Setting System Preferences
The default values for all system preferences is blank and unchecked. In the example (left), our system preferences are simply: · Company Name for report titles · Approval to fill online requisitions · Ban Backorder Option
A Look at Individual System Preferences
	Enter the company name you wish to appear in the header of all ULTRA reports (40 chars max).
	If checked, these boxes insure correct sorting in reports if you use pure numeric fields.
	If checked, a supervisor must mark an open requisition as “approved” before it may be filled. See Approving Requisitons and Filling Open Requisitions and Filling Special Orders
	Check this box if you don't want “Q” access rights users (requisition only) to see how many Units On Hand are on hand for each item in a requisition.
	Choose a different interface for “Fetching” item to be requisitioned. See below.
	Req PLUS default is Dept # is not allowed to be changed by a user.
	Backorder function disabled.
Supply Grid Interface The advantage of the Grid interface is that you can sort the supply items in the grid on Item Name, Stock Number, Catalog Group by clicking on the column headers.	Default Requisition Interface
