Emailing a Report or Purchase Order

 

 

Using the Export function of Crystal Reprots, you can send a report or PO as an attachment to an email..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here's How to Do It:

1. Print the report or PO.

 

2. Choose the Email Export button.

 

3. Select  "Rich Text Format" in the Export window and click "OK."

 

4. In the Send Mail screen (below), enter the email address/  

 

 

 

 

 

The report is automatically attached to the email

 

 

 

 

 This is also a handy way to send a PO to a vendor.
