Our First Log In (cont’d)

 

We have set up our first supply item with values.

 

·  On Hand =100 units

·  $Value = $1000 price

·   Avg Cost= $10/box

 

 

 

 

 

The Log In Grid retains this transaction, as you see here outlined in red dashes (left).

 

Over time, all transactions affecting Envelopes #10 will appears in these two grids.

Keep in mind:

 

·      Click the  button to clear the blue Log In form or . . . just leave it there.

·      There are generally ten log out transactions for every log in.

·      Log in/out grids are sortable. Just click the header field you want sorted.

·      If you make a mistake in a log in/out, your can correct it by double clicking on the grid row and changing the erroneous entry. We’ll look at that soon.

 

Now, we will begin your first Log Out.

 

Next, click the    button (above) to finally fill some of those pesky envelope orders sitting in that pile on your desk.
