New Softwares Updates Downloaded and Installed
	Sign on and click the web link to check for a newer version of the ULTRA software. Note: in v9.7, any user can check for a newer update bur only the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (user #1) may download and install the update. Click “Yes” to continue.
	The ULTRA program exits and turns control over to the download program. Click the “Run” button to begin the download. A progress bar will show you the when the download of the zip file ULTRA97.exe has completed. This file contains a new version of the program application file invULTRA97.exe as well as supporting files.
	Click the “Extract” button. Note: Do not change the “Extract to:” path. It is the path where your database resides. For most users, this path will be a server path which the system administrator user #1 should have access to. Choose “Overwrite” to replace the existing files. Your database will not be affected by this—only program files.
	Restart ULTRA 97 and you should notice a new “build” number (here “44’) in the “Version” field of the Sign on screen as well as a newer “Updated” date.
