Filling Requisitions in Requisitions PLUS |

Before you fill: You can delete reqs, edit all values before filling, view
an item's Single Item Update screen ("View Item" button) Filling: ·
"Fill ALL" button: will attempt to fill all open requisitions
that can be filled 100% (no partial fills permitted). ·
"Fill Selected" button: Select only certain grid
rows to fill. After you
fill: ·
The "Reqs Not Filled" listbox shows
all items not filled (usually because not enough on hand ).
·
Inspect the
listbox's Units OH" field to
see how many items remain and then edit the requisitions' "Units"
fields accordingly. Click "View/Print" button to
print a report of the items filled. |
