STANDARD LICENSE A one-time license fee is charged initially and annual maintenance fees commence after the first year. The annual fee—the Annual License Maintenance and Support fee (ALMS) —covers license maintenance and unlimited support via our toll-free "hotline" and email. This fee is NOT optional. Your license is revoked if ALMS is not timely paid. There are no “seat” charges (i.e., per user charge). Up to 999 users per license.
