STANDARD LICENSE: An inital license fee is charged initially and an annual license maintenance fees commence after the first year. The annual fee—the Annual License Maintenance and Support fee (ALMS) —covers license maintenance and unlimited support via our "hotline" and email. This fee is NOT optional. Your license is revoked if ALMS is not paid. There are no “seat” charges (i.e., per user charge). Up to 999 users per license.
