Using the Record Retention Dashboard  

The dashboard allows you to view/edit/print your retained records in a editable, sortable grid format and print them.  The options buttons at the bottom of the screen lets you filter your retained records to view/print.

 

Most useful are the print option to show the records approaching their DESTROY DATES  as well as records “checked out.”

 

To sort: Click the grey column header. Each click reverses the sort order from ascending to descending.

To edit:  SImply make the change you want to the desired cell and click off that cell.

To print: Click one of 7 print option buttons (bottom of screen) for the filtered set of records you wish to view/print.

 

Note:  The report will appear in the same sort order as the grid.
