 Autocalc is a command
button that helps you compute UNIT PRICE fast and accurately. It is available for:
- Log
Ins
- Batch
Log Ins
- PO’s:
Adding and Editing.
Example
Autocalc computes Unit Price by dividing the value in
the PRICE field by the value in the UNITS field. This insures a consistently
accurate calculation and eliminates the possibility of transposition errors.
Here,
we enter 500 (the total invoice price) by 200 (Units IN). Then we click the “light bulb” Autocalc button to calculate the price.
