Standing POs
A "Standing PO" lets you add a new PO by copying an existing one. Let's say you issue a seasonal PO each year.
u Call up last year's PO with the PO Finder function. Note: You may enter the PO# directly into the PO Finder or scroll the list for it. v You will be prompted to accept or reject the PO shown here (below).
w If you choose, "Yes" (above), the contents of the old PO are copied to the a new PO number with today's date. You will see a confirmation message (right).
Notice the old PO number (26632) has been replaced with 26965 and today's date (02/19/2017) entered in the new PO. Now you may add/delete/edit the PO and then click "Save."	A Standing PO function saves you time because you no longer have to retype existing information.
